This is my first time in Italy. Abitaroom welcomed me warmly and taught me some Italian, and if we met in the hotel we could always chat, even with a translation app.
In the process I accidentally broke the key which caused them to spend a lot of time repairing the door. They weren't angry and kindly gave me a new key.
I recommend it to anyone, especially first time visitors to Italy
