We’re satisfied although the reviews about this place being mixed. Is there a hole in a window? Indeed there is. There also seems to be a new Ac unit on the wall, very convenient and working great. Is there a small staircase? Yes, but if you ever been to a castle, probable you tackled bigger obstacles. Is there a fridge? There is, and it’s clean. The water in the shower could be a bit warmer and have a more flow, but are you expecting to have a flawless accommodation? Then pick different. The mattrace was really comfortable and overall from the trip to Pisa and the neighbourhood, I liked this place the most. 10/10 would recommend and pick once again.
