The place is value for money and the restaurant staff is super nice and helpful and their food was good.
The manager was so upset that i got a very good deal via Agoda on the passionate room and he refused to honor my reservation and forced me into a double room reservation ( then he came back and said ah maybe its a technical error ) regardless of me showing him my online confirmation countless times.
Agoda was pretty useless too in protecting me they just issued an apology and a lame voucher

Boutique hotel with a good location close to the happening and very chic marina area where nusret and Zuma and other very nice places are located. Rooms are basic but the staff is very helpful. Providing us with what we needed when asked for. Staff at the pool area were brilliant and even came to us and told us that breakfast was part of our room rate even though we were not aware. Gent from Tanzania who also spoke Turkish was very helpful as he helped us translate for the chef what we wanted in terms of eggs. Kids also enjoyed the pool table.
