We booked this place rather last minute but Ralph, the manager, was so attentive and friendly. He also gave us summer cards for the area that saved us a lot of money which we didn't know our stay included that. He really made our stay very much more memorable with his kind demeanour. The property was very stylish and things were quite new. They has a laundry area that we could wash our clothes, that was a real plus. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The rooms were very efficiently designed with closets and coves on each side of the bed. And they had a kettle and coffee machine in the room, which is quite rare in the Gasthofs in Austria. The balcony was so large, it was nice to sit outside. The room we had was a bit small with our big suitcases, so the massive bathroom door couldn't be closed. They has a beautiful sauna area and a small gym, too bad we didn't have time to use them. Suggestion: 1. Change the big bathroom door to a sliding door. 2. Pay attention to the cleaning in the bathroom, I could see the mould starting to invade the bathroom ceilings and the corners of the shower. We would definitely come back to stay again if we are in the area .

All the emotions aside, just not a good value for money. We spent 360EUR per night including breakfast. Sauna only from 3:00pm till 8:00pm - super tiny, just one room. The choice of food for breakfast is super simple and rather economical. The most important thing was the size of the room, especially when you’re with your ski equipment. There was literally no space to move around, let alone the room for a suitcase. The bed was super soft and uncomfortable. Although, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Dear travelers, you decide for yourself but my partner and I would definitely not recommend it.
